A Old train that was near the Plane Grave Yard..

MOTAT's Tramway is Auckland's only operating tramway and only one of four in New Zealand. The collection of operating tramcars is representative of the North Island cities of Auckland, Wanganui and Wellington. Also complimented by examples from Dunedin and Melbourne, Australia covering 120 years of steam, cable and electrical tram traction.

It was so fun riding on a Tram i had never been on one before so it was a fun new experience for me, it didnt take long to get to the plane grave yard i wish it did as i really enjoyed the tram ride..

Marvel at some of the finest aircraft ever built! One of the most impressive exhibits of aircraft in Australasia, the MOTAT Meola Road Site displays the aircraft which have taken New Zealanders over land, ocean and into battle.
The Aviation Collection includes aircraft from New Zealand's Civil Aviation and top Dressing history. Two of the most notable aircraft in the collection are the only Solent Mark IV Flying Boat in the world and one of only a handful of WW2 Avro Lancaster Bombers in the world.

Above is the description i got of their website about the Motat Airplane Grave Yard...

This was my Husbands favorite's part of our visit to Motat, so i took as many photo's as i could of all the plane's for him..

I had just spent 9 hours traveling on a plane thats not including the hours spent in the Airports, But seeing i hadnt slept in over 24hrs i looked pretty good on my long journey back to plymouth which is 4 hours from Heathrow Airport which is in London..

It was worth the long journey though to see my family again.
