Above my Chicken Chilli..

Above paul munching his Christmas down..As this was our first christmas in America and are first without any of our family and also it was only me and Paul we decided not to have a roast, we decided to have a Chicken Chilli which is are fave meal..
It saved me on cooking time and and lots of washing up which is awesome, so i could just enjoy the feastive celebration and enjoy the day with my Hubby..
All in all deciding not to do a roast was a great idea..
