So The other daay i made a roast for me and the hubby and its the first one i have made since we moved to Texas over a year ago because i could'nt find the ingrediants for them but recently i found the ingrediants and was very excited about cooking a Roast and Having some awesome roast potatoe's

This Recipe was origanally my dads recipe and he showed me how to cook them because i loved them so much hehe..

How to cook a English Roast Potatoe..depending on the portion..

3 medium to large Potatoe's cut in half- boil for 15 but dont let them go soft it's just to soften them up, the put them stood up in a pirex Dish, your going to need a Oxo cube which you can find at Kroger's crush it and sprinkle it over the potatoes then crush a second Oxo cube and put it in a cup and pour hot water in the cup to make a liquid gravy then pour the gravy you just made up all over the potatoe's it should reach at least half way up the potatoes and you should only need one cup depending on the size of this dish you use, as you can see i used a small dish..Then put in the oven for about 30-45 min at 350f or leave them in for a while longer depending on how crispy you want them and then serve them onto a plate..Then to add flavour a tub of Gracy to add flavour..

Ingrediants-
3 Meduim to large Potatoe's
2-3 Oxo cubes..
A pot of Gravy..

Oxo cubes and chicken Gravy Granuale's you can find at Kroger's.

They are very yummy and worth the effort, i could eat them everyday hehe, thankyou dad for giving me a great recipe..
